Flank Steak with onions and garlic marinade.
This recipe comes once again from my mother. She has made this for years and I love it. It is simple to make and tastes soooo good. Give this one a try you will not regret it!
1 Flank Steak. The last one I used was 1.5 LB.
1 bunch of green onions. I used only the white part and a little of the green. I would say about 3 inches from the bottom.
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup red wine
This is really simple… Just place all those ingredients in a ziplock bag and let it marinate as long as you can. I would say 3-4 hours or overnight if you can. I also sliced a few slits into the steak so that it can marinate better.
Once done, I grilled it and it was delicious.
